Application: Mixing recommendation
Lightening techniques, use mixing ratios from 30gm powder bleach with cream hydrogen peroxide 6%, 9%, or 12% in a non-metallic bowl.
1 part Powder Bleach and 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide. Empty Hair Bleaching Powder into a non metallic bowl and pour the Cream Hydrogen Peroxide into a non metallic bowl and mix together.
Apply product to dry hair, which has not been pre-shampooed.Product development is visual and dependent on depth of colour and porosity of the hair. Once the lightening result is achieved, rinse out the bleach with warm water. 
If using a colour toner apply now.
Re-condition using, YOO DOO Salt Free hair conditioning treatment. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.

Full head your first time application – Not highlighting

• Apply mixture evenly 3cm away from your scalp through to the ends. Wait 15mins then apply to the root area.

• Cover the head with a plastic cap. Leave on hair for your personal development time as when you did your hair strand test, checking every 15 mins

• When your desired colour is achieved thoroughly your rinse hair

• Applying a colour toner. Do it now
  

• Recondition using, YOO DOO Salt Free hair conditioning treatment. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.

First time highlights

• Brush your hair away from your face and put on highlighting cap. Pull your hair through, not through every hole unless you want a bold look then comb your hair through to remove any knots.

• Apply mixed bleach to the hair strands that you have pulled through, the cap. Cover treated hair with plastic cap.

• When your desired colour is achieved rinse hair before removing cap and continue rinsing after you remove the cap.

• Applying a colour toner. Do it now

• Recondition using, YOO DOO Salt Free hair conditioning treatment. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.

Roots Highlights on already High Lighted hair

• As first time highlights and apply the bleaching mixture to your regrowth only.

• Mix 1 part Powder bleach and 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide as a mixing ratio in a non metallic bowl.
  

• Apply the bleaching cream evenly to unwashed hair. the development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result.

• Apply the product first on the roots and only in the last 3 – 5 minutes on the lengths and ends.

• After-treatment rinse out the bleaching mixture thoroughly with lukewarm water and

PRECAUTIONS – BEFORE YOU START
It is essential to follow the precautions below:
Always do a skin sensitivity and strand test 48 hours before using this product (even if you have used it on previous occasions).

Step 1 > SKIN SENSITIVITY AND HAIR STRAND TEST
Mix 1 a teaspoon of Powder Bleach and 2 plastic teaspoon of Cream Hydrogen Peroxide in a non metallic mixing bowl.

SKIN TEST

• Wash and dry a small patch of skin behind your ear.

• Apply a small amount of mixture to the cleansed area with a cotton wool bud.

• Leave for 24-48 hours checking regularly. If no reaction occurs, wash off with cool water.

• If during this period any irritation or swelling occurs on the skin, wash off immediately with cool water and do not proceed any further.

Step 2> YOUR HAIR COLOUR STRAND TEST
To check your development time and hair compatibility with hair bleach.

• To check shade development time: separate a small section of hair from just under the crown area and apply the mixture with the applicator brush.

• After 10 minutes, wipe the mixture from your hair and assess colour. Reapply with more mixture and assess colour every 10 minutes until the desired shade is achieved.

• Make a note of your personal development time and use as a guide for your full application.

• The longer the lightener is left on, the lighter your colour effect with be. Do not exceed the recommended development times.

• If the hair gives off heat or shows any signs of deterioration, rinse immediately and do not proceed with any further application.

• Colour results vary according to your natural or current hair colour.

• Rubber gloves -Timer or watch – Cotton wool buds – Old towel to protect skin, clothing and surfaces – Petroleum jelly (Vaseline) – Plastic teaspoon.
